Our dresses are made from 100% polyester, crafted from a premium soft satin that feels smooth, luxurious, and elegant. The fabric has a beautiful sheen and drape, giving you that timeless, polished look while remaining comfortable to wear all day.
We want your dress to look just as stunning every time you wear it.
To keep it in perfect condition:
- Give it a light steam to release any creases — no harsh ironing needed.
- Cold wash inside out with similar colours.
- Let it air dry naturally — avoid tumble drying.
- The satin is delicate and can snag easily, so please remove jewellery when trying it on or wearing it.
With a little care, your dress will keep its beautiful, soft finish and stay picture-perfect.
Yes — our dresses are true to size. We recommend checking our Size Guide for exact measurements before placing your order.
The bias-cut satin naturally stretches and moves with your body for a flattering, comfortable fit.
Our bridesmaid dresses are designed with a slightly longer length to suit taller customers. If needed, they can be easily tailored by your local seamstress for the perfect fit.
- South Africa: Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days.
- Public Holidays: Deliveries may take a little longer over holidays.
- International Orders: Usually arrive within 7–14 working days, depending on your location.
Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your checkout total and will be the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, they are non-refundable and vary by country.
Once your order has been collected by our courier, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number and courier link.
You’ll also get an SMS when your parcel is dispatched, and another on the day it’s out for delivery, so you’ll always know where your order is.
Once your payment has been confirmed, we’re unable to change or cancel your order.
However, you’re welcome to return your order once received — simply follow our Returns Process below. Please also familiarise yourself with our Returns Policy.

Once your parcel has been processed at our warehouse, we’re unfortunately unable to make any changes.

You may return any online purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be sent back or dropped off at our office:

Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am - 4pm (Closed on public holidays)
If you’re returning from outside South Africa, the same 30-day period applies, but please note that shipping and customs costs are your responsibility.
We don’t currently process direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different style or size, simply return your order for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.
Before sending your return, please make sure your item meets the following conditions:
- NICOLIA swing tags and labels must still be attached.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and free from marks or stains.
- The fabric should be clean and scent-free (no pet hair, perfume, smoke, or deodorant).
- When trying on the dresses, we kindly ask that you remove all jewellery to avoid catching or damaging delicate materials. We appreciate your care and respect when handling these garments.
If your item doesn’t meet these requirements, it will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be issued.
We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed — this helps us assist you in case your parcel goes missing in
transit.
Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll process your refund and send you an email confirmation.
Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to reflect in your account — timing may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment method.
