Shipping policy

Delivery Timelines:

  • South Africa: Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days.
  • Public Holidays: Deliveries may take a little longer over holidays.
  • International Orders: Usually arrive within 7–14 working days, depending on your location.

    Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your checkout total and will be the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, they are non-refundable and vary by country.

 

Tracking your order:

Once your order has been collected by our courier, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number and courier link.

You’ll also get an SMS when your parcel is dispatched, and another on the day it’s out for delivery, so you’ll always know where your order is.

 

Cancelling an order:

Once your payment has been confirmed, we’re unable to change or cancel your order.

However, you’re welcome to return your order once received — simply follow our Returns Process below. Please also familiarise yourself with our Returns Policy.

Change of address:

If you contact us straight after placing your order, we’ll do our best to help before it’s dispatched.

Once your parcel has been processed at our warehouse, we’re unfortunately unable to make any changes.
